I-81 Take Exit 45. Turn North on Route 16. Approximately 100 yards from the exit, turn right onto Southwestern Virginia Mental Health Institute. Proceed to a stop sign and turn left onto Bagley Circle. The County office building will be on your left with parking in the back.
The office is located on the fourth floor of the Smyth County Office Building.
