About Bailey:

Bailey has been involved with 4-H in some aspect since he was nine year old.  He has participated in the in-school program, attended camps, assisted with competition judging, and much more.  Bailey began working with Extension as the Smyth County Program Assistant in 2019, and used the two years of experience as a stepping stone to take another job in 2021.  He was a Community Program Coordinator for the Town of Wytheville Parks and Recreation.  While with the town, he organized, managed, and grew the community of Wytheville for roughly two years through special events and childcare programs.  Now Biley is back with Smyth County Extension as the 4-H Agent, and is excited to be back in his home county where he can develop youth through strategic programming to help Smyth County grow.
